Lesson 2E — The Elderwood

Beyond the Dawnstone, the forest deepens until the Pilgrims reach a circular grove bathed in shimmering light — and at its center, the Elderwood: the oldest tree in this part of the land, its trunk wide enough to hold a small home, its bark etched with glowing symbols that shift like living script.

When Baby America touches the trunk, the Elderwood shows the Pilgrims their own future — building shelters, gathering food, working together, facing challenges with determination — and teaches the meaning of E: Endurance, Effort, and Exploration. Every journey requires endurance. Every challenge requires effort. Every new land requires exploration.
