The Mega-Epic reaches its summit. In Lesson 2V, the whole company — Baby America, the Pilgrims, and every guardian — climbs the last road of the letters to the Victory Vista, the highest height in the land of the journey, where the entire story can be seen at once.

Below them it all lies shining: the silver thread of ocean where a weary ship came out of the dawn, the Dawnstone, the Elderwood, the Spire and the Column, the Luminous Liftbridge, the Mighty Mountains, the Union Vale smoking with the breakfast fires of three settlements learning to be one people. "I see that nobody in this company crossed anything alone," Unity Bear says. "It was never a story about the strongest. It was a story about the carried — and the carriers."

Baby America names the saga's victory: not defeating an enemy, but arriving — a ship that becomes a shore, a shore that becomes a road, a road that becomes a table, and a table that becomes a people. The radiant Series 2 finale.
